Celebrate at The Cottage as we honor the ancient solstice ritual of gathering on the longest night of the year. We do this to welcome the return of the sun and the birth of a new year.
The Winter Solstice is one of the most powerful turning points of the year. The all conscious sun is birthing anew and represents for us the path of self-realization and awakening. The birth of the sun is a symbolic occurrence for the spiritual sun in each one of us. And so we gather together to nurture the light of our own inner fire with: Song, prayer, meditation, and ceremony.
